Write a few intentions: What do you want to have change or be different? | |
The Mind Gems are 12 little exercises that balance the brain. These are to be done daily and take about 5 minutes to complete. I recommend stating your intentions as you do the Mind Gems exercises. Client have said that daily Mind Gems have helped them with focus, release headaches, improve hearing, reduce stress and create a more positive mind set.
